This weekend we have the massive privilege of having Rory Dyer minister into the life of our church and city as we gather together as one church on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Find out a little more about Rory as you read below:
RORY DYER AND LIFE CHANGERS
Rory Dyer has been a very large voice into Life Changers for many years. His friendship with Wally and Shirley Gerstmeier has been one of depth that stretches back a long way, while he has played a very key role in both Mark and Candice Van Pletsen, and Gabe and Fi Phillips’ lives.
Rory took over the lead of Glenridge Church in Durban in 1996, and it was in that environment under Rory’s leadership that Mark and Candice grew up and flourished. Rory brought them onto his eldership team during that time, and was then catalytic in the process of seeing them move to Life Changers to take over the leadership from Wally and Shirley in late 2013.
Rory was also an influential voice in encouraging Gabe Phillips to move to Life Changers in 2010, and it was in February of 2014 that Rory presided over the wedding of Gabe to his darling Fiona.
Rory has now been leading 3Ci, a beautiful and generous church in Pretoria, for the last 4 years, but whether he has been in Durban, Pretoria or ministering around the world, he has always poured his gift, his heart and his time into the Life Changers story.

Over the years Rory has become a unique and potent minister of the Gospel, moving very naturally between preaching, prophecy and praying for people. He loves to speak on God’s Father heart, introducing people to the reality of a relational God who knows us by name.
He’s also experienced amazing favor in the market place, where he has sat on the boards of a top private school, a bank and spoken into many businesses as a kind of spiritual consultant. He carries an urgent passion to see the Church make Kingdom inroads into the market place. And he is living his message.

Rory is married to the amazing Melanie, and together they have four kids, Mitchell, Nasia, Thomas and James. They live in Pretoria, and unfortunately have become Blue Bull fans.
